If a matter requires Litigation, our attorneys have well in excess of 125 combined years of litigation experience. By taking a proactive approach to litigation, we are able to resolve a majority of cases prior to incurring the expense and risk of trial, but should your case require it, we have tried hundreds of cases to verdict or decision, with excellent results.

We also represent clients in claims involving underinsured and uninsured motorists. Our practice is focused primarily on serious and catastrophic injury, as well as accidental or wrongful death.
We do not represent plaintiffs in medical malpractice cases.
